The 506 is originally equipped with standard upper-mounted gravity EVA glue pot instead of bottom glue pot. With gravity feeding design, hot glue flows naturally onto the glue roller under gravity, realizing uniform glue coating and effectively reducing glue carbonization and residual glue buildup inside the tank. This machine completes full one-pass working procedures including Pre-milling, Gluing, End Trimming, Rough Trimming, Fine Trimming, Edge Scraping, Buffing & Polishing. It supports panel thickness ranging normally from 12mm to 60mm after simple parameter adjustment on PLC touch screen. Compatible substrates cover MDF, plywood, melamine board, solid wood, PET glossy panel and aluminum honeycomb board; applicable edge tapes include PVC, ABS, acrylic and natural solid wood edge band.

Multi-position centralized dust extraction ports are separately arranged at pre-milling, trimming and scraping stations with large-caliber dust exhaust pipes. Strong suction takes away most sawdust and excess glue scraps during operation. As long as users empty the dust collecting box regularly according to maintenance specification, chip accumulation inside mechanical parts can be prevented efficiently to extend the whole machine service life.
