A: We mainly produce progressive cavity pump and pump spare parts such as rotor, stator, coupling rod etc.

Q3: Can you suggest the pump model? How to choose the right pump?

A: Pls. tell us flow rate, pressure, transfer liquid name and working temperature, we'll choose the right model for you.

Q4: What material do you have?

Accepted Answer

A: For rotor and rotating shaft, usually there are 304ss, 316Lss, duplex 2205;
For stator, there are NBR, EPDM, FKM, HNBR, PTFE, silicon rubber etc, which are suitable for different liquid and temperature. If other material, you can just tell us, we can also quote based on your requirements.

Q5: What's the guarantee period?

A: Usually 12months for the pump, except quick-wearing parts (such as rotor, stator, mechanical seal etc).

Q6: Do you have test report and material certificate?

Accepted Answer

A: The pump will be tested with water after assembled and we can provide test report. Material certificate is also available.

Q7: How to make payment? T/T, L/C, PayPal account or western union?

Accepted Answer

A: We only accept T/T bank. The payment will be 100% T/T in advance, or 30%-50% prepayment and balance before delivery.

Q8: What's the delivery period?

Accepted Answer

A: Usually it will take about 2-4weeks for pump and 1-2 weeks for spare parts based on different models.
But most spare parts are in stock and can be delivered in 3days.

Q9: How to deliver the products? By sea or by air?

Accepted Answer

A: Usually small parcel will be delivered door to door by DHL/UPS/FEDEX. If big and heavy package, we suggest by sea LCL, or by air if urgent need.

Question 10

Q10: Can you provide customization service to produce rotor and stator?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes, we can make customization. You can send rotor stator samples or drawings. We'll design and promise their good match and performance. But if samples are not available, we will tell you to provide important sizes.
