1. MOQ: 1 set 2. Delivery time: 20 workdays after receiving T/T 30% payment deposit 3. Payment Term: T/T 30% as deposit, T/T 70% before shipment or L/C at sight
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
We provide a 1-year limited warranty after installation. If spare parts are broken in the warranty period, we will send free replacement parts.
Q:Do you provide installation and training services?
A:
We can send 1-2 engineers to the buyer's factory to install, set up the machines, and provide training. However, all charges for the engineers must be paid by the buyer.
Q:How long does it take to receive a quotation?
