Please provide the number of colors needed, maximum printing size, and required capacity per hour.
Q:What are the MOQ, delivery time, and payment terms?

MOQ is 1 set. Delivery time is 20 workdays after receiving 30% T/T deposit. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment or L/C at sight.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

We provide a 1-year limited warranty after installation. Free replacement parts are sent if broken during the warranty period.
Q:Do you provide installation and training services?

Yes, we can send 1-2 engineers to your factory for installation and training. However, all charges for the engineers must be paid by the buyer.
