Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:
We have factory in Xingtai and office in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province with export license. Convenient Transportation. It's not far from the Zhengding international airport. We warmly welcome clients from all over the world to come to our factory for visit and cooperation.
Q:What's your sample policy ?
A:
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q:If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
A:
We can open the mould for you first according to your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs are charged if you need the customized products.
Q:What's your packing & payment terms?
A:
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside or according to the customer's requirements. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. 2). For sample and small order, 100% Paypal. Western Union, T/T. For bulk order, T/T 50% deposit and the balance should be finished before delivery from our factory
Q:What's your Mode of Transportation & Delivery time ?

1). Small package will shipping by express such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDX and so on, Customer should undertake the shipping cost. Big Volume products often shipping by air/sea, EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR is depend by customers. 2). Delivery time: Generally it is 5-7 working days if the good are in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
