Q:What is the MOQ for customization?
A:
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs for customization. However, it depends on the decoration for the jar and bottle; for example, roll on bottles and atomizers are 20,000 pcs, while acrylic jars and bottles are 5,000 pcs.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For orders without print, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance paid before shipment. For orders with print, a 50% deposit is required. Payment methods include T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q:How long is the lead time for production?
A:
The order lead time is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the sample. Stock samples are available in 1-2 days, while customized samples take 7-10 days.
Q:Can you customize the color and logo?
A:
Yes, any color is available, and we can customize Pantone numbers or match actual samples. We offer silk-screen printing, hot-stamping, 3D printing, laser, pad printing, and labeling services for logos and text.
