Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
MOQ depends on the product type and decoration. Generally, roll-on/atomizer bottles are 20,000 pcs, PET bottles/jars are 10,000 pcs, and acrylic jars/bottles are 5,000 pcs.
Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:
Stock color samples are available in 1-2 days (buyer pays courier). Customized samples take 7-10 days after receiving the sample fee, which is refunded upon order.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
30% deposit for no-print items, 50% for printed items, with the balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q:Can you customize the color?
A:
Yes, any color is available. We can customize according to Pantone numbers or based on your actual sample.
