We accept 30% deposit for non-print items and 50% deposit for printed items, with the balance paid before shipment. Payment methods include T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.

How do I place an order?

For small quantities, you can buy directly. For mass production, place an order, receive a sample for approval, and then we arrange bulk production after confirming the sample and receiving the deposit.

Can you customize the color and logo?

Yes, we can customize any color based on Pantone numbers or samples. We also offer logo printing via silk-screen, hot-stamping, 3D print, laser, pad printing, labeling, and heat transfer.

How do you handle quality problems?

We conduct 100% inspection. If a quality issue occurs, please send detailed information and images of the defective products. We will investigate the cause and take responsibility for defects caused by our quality.
