The MOQ for customized items is 3,000 pieces. For other products like roll on bottles and atomizers, the MOQ is generally 20,000 pcs, while PET bottles and jars are 10,000 pcs.
Q:How long is the lead time for production?
A:
The lead time is 35 days after receiving the deposit and approving the samples.
Q:Can you customize the color and logo?
A:
Yes, any color is available as per Pantone No or your actual sample. We support silkprint, hotstamping, 3D print, laser, pad printing, and heat transfer services for logos.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept 30% deposit for orders without printing and 50% deposit for orders with printing. The balance should be paid before shipment. Payment methods include T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.
