A:
The MOQ for customized roll-on bottles and atomizer sprayer bottles is 20,000 pcs. For PET bottles and jars, it is 10,000 pcs, and for acrylic jars and bottles, it is 5,000 pcs.
Q:How long is the lead time for customized products?
A:
The lead time for customized products is 35 days after receiving the deposit and approving the samples.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For orders without printing, a 30% deposit is required. For orders with printing, a 50% deposit is required. The balance must be paid before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q:Can you customize the color and logo?
A:
Yes, any color is available based on Pantone No. or actual samples. We offer silk-screen printing, hot-stamping, 3D print, laser, pad printing, labeling, and heat transfer services for logos and text.
