Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 20,000 pcs for customized orders. For stock items, we accept 50+ pcs.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
30% deposit for orders without printing, 50% deposit for orders with printing. Balance must be paid before shipment via T/T, L/C, D/P, credit card, or PayPal.
Q:How long is the lead time for production?
A:
Stock items are shipped within 7 days. Customized orders take 30-45 days depending on quantity.
Q:Can I get samples before placing an order?
A:
Stock samples are free within 2 days (freight paid by buyer). Customized samples cost USD 200 and take 7-10 days; the fee is refunded with the order.
