Q:What are your payment terms and methods?
A:
30% deposit for without print, 50% deposit with print, and the balance should be paid before shipment. Payment via T/T, L/C, D/P, credit card, or Paypal.
Q:How do you handle product quality problems?
A:
We have QC to inspect all products during production and packaging. If you have any quality or packaging problems, we will supply professional service and suggestions to find a solution.
Q:What is the lead time for customized orders?
A:
The lead time is 35 days after deposit and approval of samples.
