Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Shangyu area, Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province, China. It is 120km from Ningbo port and 220km from Shanghai port.

Q:What is the lead time for samples?

Free stock samples are available in 3 days (buyer pays courier). Customized samples take about 8 days after receiving the sample fee.

Q:What is your MOQ?

MOQ is 20,000 pcs for roll-on bottles and atomizer sprayers, 10,000 pcs for PET bottles and jars, and 5,000 pcs for acrylic jars and bottles.

Q:What are your payment terms?

30% deposit for non-print items, 50% deposit for printed items. Balance is paid before shipment. Methods include T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.
