The MOQ for customized orders is 20,000 pcs. For stock items, we accept orders of 50 pcs or more.
Q:What is the lead time for orders?
A:
Stock items can be shipped within 7 days. Customized orders typically take 30-45 days depending on the order quantity.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We require a 30% deposit for orders without printing and a 50% deposit for orders with printing. The balance must be paid before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, credit card, and PayPal.
Q:How can I get samples?
A:
Stock samples are free within 2 days, but the buyer pays for express freight. Customized samples cost USD 200 and take 7-10 days. The sample fee is refunded with the final order.
