SRS packaging is a factory located in ShangYu District, ShaoXing City, ZheJiang Province, CHINA, near SHANGHAI and NINGBO port. Our factory is verified Made in China and SGS.
Q:Can you make a product based on our own idea?
A:
Yes. We have an R&D team with a Technical Director having over 15 years of experience in mold design, advanced CAD technical drawing, and experienced mold makers to bring you high quality mold design and perfect plastic injection production.
Q:What are your payment terms and methods?
A:
30% deposit for without print, 50% deposit with print, the balance should be paid before shipment. Payment via T/T, L/C, D/P, credit card, Paypal, if you have other preference, please negotiate.
Q:How to deal with problems for the products?
A:
We have QC to inspect all the products during produce and packaging. Our packaging is safe and easy to fill. If you have any problem for the quality and packaging, we will supply professional service and suggestion, and find out the solution.
Q:What is the lead time for customized orders?
A:
The lead time for customized orders is 35 days after deposit and approval samples.
