Q:What is the MOQ for this product?
A:
The general MOQ for roll-on bottles and atomizer sprayer bottles is 20,000 pcs. However, we accept small quantity orders for testing quality and the market.
Q:How can I get samples and what are the costs?
A:
Free samples with stock colors are available within 2 days, but the buyer pays the courier fee. For customized samples, you need to pay the sample fee, which will be refunded upon placing a bulk order. Custom samples take about 8 days.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For orders without printing, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance paid before shipment. For orders with printing, a 50% deposit is required. We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q:Can you customize the color and logo?
A:
Yes, any color is available based on Pantone numbers or actual samples. We offer silk-screen printing, hot-stamping, 3D printing, laser, pad printing, labeling, and heat transfer services for logos.
