No dissolution or deformation during electrolysis; electrode gap remains stable long-term with minor cell voltage fluctuation, lowering electrolyzer adjustment frequency.
High catalytic activity for chlorine evolution; cell voltage is greatly reduced compared with traditional graphite anodes, cutting power consumption per ton of caustic soda.
Insoluble electrode without metal leaching to contaminate electrolyte; stable quality of caustic soda and chlorine.
Much longer service life than graphite anodes. Titanium substrate can be recovered and re-coated to reduce overall procurement cost.

We adopt RuO2-TiO2 binary coating as standard; Ru-Ir-Ti ternary gradient coating is optional for high current density & high temperature working conditions. The substrate is TA2 pure titanium.
Q:What is the typical service life in chlor-alkali brine electrolysis?
A:
3-6years under standard stable operating conditions. Service life depends on current density, brine purity, temperature and fluoride content.
Q:Can titanium substrate be reused after coating failure?
A:
Yes. We can strip the old coating, reactivate the titanium surface and re-coat, effectively lowering your comprehensive procurement cost.
Q:What factors will cause premature anode failure?
A:
Mainly mechanical scratch on coating, excessive fluoride ion in brine, long-time dry energization, overloaded current density and poor brine refining.
