Sodium hypochlorite production relies on chlorine evolution reaction. Ru-Ir coating possesses excellent chlorine evolution catalytic activity, lower tank voltage and better cost performance. Ir-Ta coating is mainly for oxygen evolution working conditions and not suitable here.

Yes. We can customize matched anode and cathode sets with fixed spacing, ready for direct installation inside electrolytic cells of sodium hypochlorite generators.
Q:How to reduce scaling on the electrode surface?
A:
Purify raw brine to reduce calcium and magnesium ions. Regular acid cleaning according to operating conditions, avoid long-term overload operation.
Q:What is the typical service life of the titanium anode for hypochlorite generator?
A:
Under standard working conditions, service life reaches 2-4 years. Lifespan depends on current density, water quality and daily operation load.
