Phosphor copper anodes are soluble, causing changing pole distance, unstable plating thickness and easy sludge generation. Our insoluble DSA titanium anodes maintain stable size & electric field, no sludge, lower failure rate, and fully support pulse reverse plating for high-end PCB production.
Q:What is the difference between Ru-Ir and Ir-Ta coating?
A:
Ru-Ir is cost-effective for standard PCB copper plating; Ir-Ta is for high-acid, high oxygen-evolution and high-precision plating scenarios with longer lifespan and stronger corrosion resistance.
Q:Can titanium substrate be reused?
A:
Yes. When the coating fails after long-term use, the intact titanium substrate can be recycled, re-polished and re-coated to reduce procurement costs.
