A:
Soluble zinc anodes gradually dissolve and change polar distance, leading to unstable zinc thickness. Our insoluble titanium anodes maintain fixed polar distance, guarantee uniform coating for long-run continuous steel strip production. Zinc ion concentration is controlled by automatic dosing system.
Q:Can the anode be customized for wide steel strip plating lines?
A:
Yes. We can produce long-size mesh/plate anode assemblies, matched with busbar structure to fit wide steel plate continuous electroplating tanks.
Q:What electrolyte system is Ru-Ir coated titanium anode suitable for steel galvanizing and tin plating?
A:
It works well in sulfuric acid-based zinc plating and tin plating solutions. It features low cell voltage and good compatibility with conventional plating brighteners. For high-acid harsh working conditions, we suggest upgrading to Ir-Ta coating.
