The warranty is based on different kinds of products which have the range of 1 year for default ,2year or 3 years for optional.
During the warranty period,the free replacement parts can be shipped,but not include the air freight cost to customer side.

The is no MOQ for our displays,each kind of screen can be ordered with one sample for the quality testing.

What about the produced time for the display?

For the outdoor display standard type,the produced time is around 16-17 working days.
For the outdoor display customized,the produced time is around 25-26 working days.

For the window facing screens standard type,the produced time is around 20-22 working days.
For indoor totems,the produced time is around 17-18 working days.

We adopt the International Brand,BOE,AUO brand 100% A grade panels inside.
For all the high bright screens,we adopt the High Tni 110 degree heat resistant panels to ensure the high temperature resistance of the product.

What are the most welcomed sizes for the displays?

1.The window facing displays:43inch-75inch are ordinary produced

2.The fully laminated outdoor screen:55inch and 65inch are common produced.Also can choose sizes of 32inch to 65inch.

3.The outdoor totems or outdoor displays wall mounted:55inch,65inch,75inch,86inch for common productions.

Can the display be added with the 4G module function?

The screens can be customized the 4G module function,please provide your working frequency band,then our engineer will add the suitable 4G module on the accordingly main board.

What is the payment term?

For standard types: 40% T/T prepayment,60% balance before the package and shipment.
For the OEM/ODM types: 50% T/T prepayment,50% balance before package and shipment.

Yes can be customized by brightness of 1000Nit for indoor totem.
Our engineers will help to add the heatsinks for the indoor totem with customized brightness.

What is the difference between the conventional(common) panels and the commercial panels(industry grade panels)?

The common panels will become black when the surface temperature is over 68 degree .
While the industry panels will not be black when the surface temperature is on 100 degree or even 110 degree.
