Production lead time depends on the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. Quality parts can be made in as little as one week if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. We will give you an approximate delivery time in your quotation. As for shipping, 3-7 days by air-express, 15-30 days by ocean shipping globally.

How long can I expect to receive a quote?

We can generally quote you back within 24 hours in most cases. Depending on the complexity of the project, we ensure to send you a competitive quote no exceed 48 hours.

What are your payment terms?

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Wire Transfer) in advance if the amount is less than USD 5,000. If it's more than USD 5,000 we accept a 60% deposit by T/T in advance, and the remaining 40% before shipment by T/T.
