STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What after-sales services are provided?
A:
Services include sending engineers for installation, testing, technology guidance, and worker training. We offer 18 months free maintenance and lifelong service. After the warranty period, spare parts are provided at basic cost.
Q:How are spare parts handled during and after warranty?
A:
Normally, one set of spare parts is sent with the machine. During the warranty, new parts are provided free of charge for replacement, excluding those broken by improper operation. After warranty, parts are available at basic cost.

It can recycle waste materials like PE, HDPE, LDPE, PO, PA, CPE, PVC, TPU, and degradable polypropylene, turning them into high-quality dry granules without changing their structure.
