We provide a 1-year warranty for the machine. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge for replacement, excluding parts broken due to improper operation.
Q:What is the after-sales service policy?
A:
We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifelong service. After the warranty period, spare parts are provided at basic cost. We also send engineers for installation and training.
Q:Are spare parts available?
A:
Yes, we send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. Our spare parts department provides professional technical advice and supplies parts at basic cost after the warranty.
