STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.

Services include sending engineers for installation and training, offering 18 months free maintenance and lifelong service, building a customer database for traceability, periodic quality visits, and speeding up spare parts supply.
Q:How are spare parts handled during and after warranty?
A:
One set of spare parts is sent with the machine. During warranty, new parts are provided free of charge (excluding damage from improper operation). After warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost.
