Q:What is the warranty period for the machine?

STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What after-sales services are provided?
A:
We offer engineers to install, test machines, and provide technology guidance and worker training. We also provide 18 months free maintenance and lifelong service, with spare parts available at basic cost after the warranty period.
Q:How are spare parts handled during and after warranty?
A:
Normally, one set of spare parts is sent with the machine. During the warranty, new parts are provided free of charge (excluding damage from improper operation). After warranty, parts are provided at basic cost.
Q:What materials can this recycling machine process?
A:
It is suitable for soft and rigid materials such as LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, PET, crushed film, bags, bottle flakes, and engineering plastic.

Different materials adopt different cutting ways: water-ring cutting and strand cutting (spaghetti cutting). The final product is in pellet form, suitable for blowing film, tube extrusion, and injection molding.
