STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.

We provide a comprehensive 60-month warranty for all new products and parts from the Bill of Lading date. During this period, new parts are provided free of charge for replacement, excluding damage caused by improper operation.
Q:What is the after-sales service policy?
A:
We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifelong service. This includes sending engineers for installation, testing, and training. After the warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost. We also build customer databases for traceability and periodic quality visits.
Q:Do you provide spare parts?
A:
Yes, we send one set of spare parts with each machine delivery. Our spare parts department provides professional technical advice and relevant information. During the warranty, defective parts are replaced free of charge.
Q:What is the average lead time for production?
A:
The average lead time varies by season. During the peak season, it takes 1-3 months. During the off-season, the lead time is approximately one month.
