STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.

We provide one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. During the warranty, new parts are free of charge for replacement, excluding parts broken by improper operation. After warranty, parts are provided at basic cost.

A:
Services include sending engineers for installation, testing, and training; 18 months free maintenance and lifetime service; building a traceable customer database; periodic quality visits; and expedited spare parts supply.
