STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?

We provide a 60-month warranty. During this period, new parts are provided free of charge for defects (excluding improper operation). We also send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery.
Q:What after-sales services are offered?
A:
Services include sending engineers for installation and training, 18 months of free maintenance, lifelong service, and spare parts supply at basic cost after warranty. We also conduct periodic quality visits.
Q:What materials can this dryer process?
A:
It is designed for PE/PP plastic films, bags, woven bags, and rigid plastic flakes such as PET, HDPE, PP pipes, and ABS flakes.
Q:What is the final moisture content after drying?
A:
The high-speed rotor ensures the final moisture content is less than 1-3% when used with a pipeline dryer, or 5-8% otherwise.
