We offer 18 months free maintenance and lifelong service. Engineers are sent to install, test, and train workers. After warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost.
Q:How about the spare parts supply?
A:
We send one set of spare parts with the machine. During warranty, new parts are free (excluding damage from improper operation). We also provide professional technical advice and fast supply.
Q:What is the moisture content of the final product?
A:
The moisture of final scraps is less than 1% after the hot air drying process.
