STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?

We provide a 60-month warranty. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge for replacement, excluding parts broken by improper operation. One set of spare parts is sent with the machine upon delivery.
Q:What after-sales services are provided?
A:
Services include sending engineers for installation, testing, and training. We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifelong service. Spare parts are provided at basic cost after the warranty period.

A:
