STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?

We provide a 1-year warranty. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge for replacement, excluding parts broken by improper operation. We also send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery.
Q:What after-sales services are provided?
A:
Services include sending engineers for installation, testing, and training; 18 months free maintenance and lifelong service; spare parts at basic cost after warranty; and periodic quality trace visits.

A:
