STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and after-sales service policy?

We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifetime service. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge for replacements (excluding damage from improper operation). After the warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost.
Q:What after-sales services are included?
A:
Services include sending engineers for installation, testing, technology guidance, and worker training at the customer's factory. We also build customer databases, conduct periodic quality visits, and speed up spare parts supply.
Q:How are spare parts handled?
A:
We send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge for replacements (excluding damage from improper operation). Our spare parts department offers professional technical advice and relevant information.
