We offer 18 months free maintenance and life-long service. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge (excluding damage from improper operation). After warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost. We also send engineers for installation, testing, and training.

We send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. Our spare parts department provides professional technical advice and information. We speed up service and spare parts supply to ensure minimal downtime.

A:
