Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and after-sales support?

We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifetime service. During the warranty, new parts are provided free of charge (excluding damage from improper operation). After the warranty, spare parts are available at basic cost. We also send engineers for installation, testing, and training.
Q:Do you provide spare parts with the machine?
A:
Yes, we normally send one set of spare parts together with the machines upon delivery. Our spare parts department also provides professional technical advice and relevant information regarding all products and services.
