STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and after-sales service?

We provide a 60-month warranty on parts and materials, plus 18 months of free maintenance. After the warranty period, spare parts are provided at basic cost. We also send engineers for installation, testing, and training.
Q:How are spare parts handled during and after warranty?
A:
Normally, one set of spare parts is sent with the machine. During the warranty, new parts are provided free of charge for replacements (excluding damage from improper operation). After warranty, parts are available at basic cost.
