STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifetime service. During the warranty, new parts are provided free of charge for replacement, excluding parts broken by improper operation.
Q:What after-sales services do you provide?
A:
We send engineers to install, test machines, and offer technology guidance and worker training. We also provide professional technical advice, build customer databases for traceability, and visit customers periodically.
Q:How are spare parts handled during and after the warranty?
A:
Normally, one set of spare parts is sent with the machine. During the warranty, replacement parts are free. After the warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost.
