Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
We provide a 60-month warranty from the Bill of Lading date. During this period, we provide new parts free of charge for replacement, excluding parts broken due to improper operation.
Q:What after-sales services are provided?
A:
Services include sending engineers for installation and training, 18 months of free maintenance, lifetime service, periodic quality visits, and building a customer database for traceability.
Q:How are spare parts handled?
A:
We send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. During the warranty, defective parts are replaced free of charge. After the warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
The average lead time is one month during the off-season, and 1-3 months during the peak season.
