STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.

Services include sending engineers for installation, testing, and training; 18 months free maintenance and lifelong service; spare parts supply at basic cost after warranty; and periodic quality visits.
Q:Are spare parts available and how are they handled?

One set of spare parts is sent with the machine. During the warranty, new parts are provided free of charge (excluding damage from improper operation). After warranty, parts are provided at basic cost.
