Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and after-sales service policy?
A:
We offer 18 months of free maintenance and lifelong service. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge for defects (excluding improper operation). After the warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost. We also send engineers for installation, testing, and training.
Q:How about the spare parts supply?
A:
We send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. Our spare parts department provides professional technical advice and fast supply. During the warranty, defective parts are replaced free of charge.
Q:What types of materials can this shredder process?
A:
It is suitable for plastic lumps, bags, bottles, films, pipes, wire and cable, wood, and die material. It handles PE, PP, PC, PVC, ABS, and PS materials.
Q:What is the output size of the shredded material?
A:
The size of final scraps is around 50mm. If you need smaller sizes like 10mm, you can choose a crusher machine after shredding.
