AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryStarry Networking Tech Ltd. is a China-based limited company in Beijing, described as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory. It offers networking and office technology products and has broad related sales and technical service scopes. The supplier reports ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 certification and provides OEM services for well-known brands. However, it has no available SDK, fewer than five R&D engineers, fewer than five quality-control staff, and zero reported quality-control testing equipment. Written corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures or records are absent. Financial and cash-flow years are listed for 2022–2024, but no assessable financial results are provided. No customer cases are documented. An audit by BV is listed with a validity period from 2025-05-09 to 2026-05-08, but the evaluation result is recorded as 0 without interpretation.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company based in Beijing, China, and is classified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory. Its stated products include networking products, servers, switches, storage, firewalls, laptops, printers, hard disks, memory, and network workstations, while its employee count is 8.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 management-system certifications. This is explicit evidence of certification ownership, although the provided information does not specify certificate scope, issuing body, or validity dates.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier’s business scopes include technical services, technical development, consultation, computer and office-equipment maintenance, network technical services, and data-related services. However, it explicitly has no written corrective/preventive-action procedures or records and no written customer-complaint handling procedures or records.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports technical development and related technical services, but its R&D engineering experience is listed as fewer than five years and it has no available SDK. These facts do not support a strong innovation-capability assessment.

Production capacityThe supplier is described as a manufacturer/factory and reports annual production output, with networking and computing products as its primary offerings. Nevertheless, it has only 8 total employees, fewer than five quality-control staff, and zero reported quality-control testing equipment, indicating a limited documented production-quality infrastructure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands, and its scope includes technical development, consultation, and promotion. This directly supports an ability to provide at least some customized or branded solutions, although the range and depth of customization are not specified.
