We send installation drawings, and provide video call, phone services, and email support. If necessary, our engineer can visit to guide installation and train your team. Ticket, training, and accommodation charges are on the client side.

What is the guarantee time?

The guarantee time is 1 year, extendable to 3 years for extra charges. During the guarantee period, we repair or change defective components free of charge, but delivery costs for sending components are shared by both sides.
