We provide installation drawings, video calls, phone services, and email support. If necessary, our engineers can visit to guide installation and train your team. Ticket, training, and accommodation charges are on the client's side.

The guarantee time is 1 year, extendable to 3 years for an extra charge. During the guarantee period, we repair or change defective components free of charge, but delivery costs for sending components are shared by both parties.
