We provide installation drawings, video calls, phone services, and email support. If necessary, our engineers can visit the client to guide installation and train the team. Ticket, training, and accommodation charges are on the client's side.

What is the guarantee time?

The guarantee time is 1 year, extendable to 3 years for extra charges. During the guarantee period, we repair or change defective components free of charge, but delivery costs for sending components are shared by both sides.
