Q:Do you provide samples? If yes, what is the lead time?

Yes, we welcome customer to request for samples. Usually,samples can be delivered in 7-10 days after sample fees received. For newly design models, longer lead time might be required, it depends on the designs and if there are customized parts.

Q:What is the lead time for mass production?

35-45 days after PO is confirmed.

Q:Do you accept OEM/ODM projects?

Yes, both are welcome. Apart from our own designed products, we are glad to do OEM/ODM projects, our professional appliance engineering team will provide necessary technical supports.
