Our QC team checks every order at least twice before it ships out to make sure everything is correct, so mistakes are very rare. That said, if there's ever a problem - like measurements beyond the acceptable tolerance, wrong fabric used, or quality defects etc - we have clear compensation policies in place to make it right.
Q:What kind of measurements can I use to place an order?

Both body measurements and finished measurements were acceptable. However, we recommend using finished measurements for better accuracy. If you prefer to provide body measurements, we're happy to help match them into the right finished measurements.
