Q:How long is your delivery time?

Generally 5-10 days if goods are in stock, or 15-30 days for OEM parts depending on quantity.

Yes, we offer samples for free charge, but the customer must pay the freight cost.
Q:What are your terms of payment?
A:
Preferred term is T/T. Mould Tooling requires 50% down payment and 50% balance against sample approval. Mass Production requires 50% down payment and 50% against B/L copy.
