Yes, we fully support OEM/ODM. Oil Customization includes formula, viscosity grade, additive package, color, and odor. Packaging Customization includes LOGO, material, and production craftsmanship. Please provide AI or CDR vector files for the artwork.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ for a single engine oil SKU is 500 cartons (12/16/24 bottles per carton, etc.). The MOQ for custom packaging is 6,000 sets. Orders below the MOQ will incur a 30% setup fee.

What are the material standards for packaging? Do you meet environmental requirements?

We use high-quality PET/HDPE for bottle bodies and apply in-mold labeling (IML) technology, which offers excellent waterproof and scratch-resistant performance. Our materials comply with international environmental and safety standards.

What does the quotation include? How long is it valid?

The quotation includes the product cost, customization fees, and standard packaging costs. It does not include logistics, shipping, or customs duties. The quotation is valid for 30 days and is subject to adjustment if raw material costs fluctuate by more than 5%.

What payment methods do you support? How can I apply for credit terms?

Standard Terms: 70% deposit + 30% balance before shipment. (Note: Credit terms are available for qualified long-term partners after credit verification.)

Do you provide VAT Special Invoices?

Yes. Please provide your invoicing details when placing the order. The VAT invoice will be issued within 3-7 working days after the shipment is made.

What are the sampling lead time and mass production lead time?

Sampling: 3-5 working days. Mass Production: 20-25 working days for repeat/high-frequency orders; 30-35 working days for new/regular orders. Please place your order at least 30 days in advance.

Can I modify the order during production?

Free modifications are allowed before the sampling stage. Any modifications during mass production will incur additional material and rework fees, and the delivery time will be delayed by 15 days.

What shipping methods do you support? How is the cost calculated?

We mainly offer sea freight (FCL: 40HQ / 20GP containers). The cost is calculated based on the actual weight or volume (W/M). A detailed freight quotation will be provided upon request.

What is the delivery location and acceptance standard?

Delivery: Shipment is made from our Quanzhou warehouse by default; we can also deliver to your designated warehouse. Acceptance: Based on the mutually confirmed samples and Quality Inspection (QI) report. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

How do you handle logistics damage?

Please take photos as evidence upon receipt (before unpacking the container) and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will reissue the damaged products (same model and quantity) with your next order.

What is the warranty period for your products?

Engine Oil: 5 years (unopened, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight). Packaging Materials: 1 year (excluding damage caused by improper use or transportation).

How do you handle quality issues?

All production of bulk goods is strictly carried out in accordance with the approved pre-production samples with 100% consistency.
There is a risk of damage to the goods during transit, so we cannot guarantee zero loss upon customer receipt. After receiving the goods, the customer shall inform us of the exact quantity of the damaged/lost items, and we will make up the corresponding quantity in the next order.
