Q:What material is this turnbuckle made of?
A:
We supply 304 and 316 stainless steel options. 304 is ideal for general outdoor, garden and inland projects; 316 marine grade offers superior saltwater corrosion resistance for coastal, yacht and marine rigging. All parts are hot forged stainless steel, no cheap iron plating.
Q:What is the difference between Hook & Eye, Hook & Hook, Eye & Eye types?
A:
Hook & Eye (the model in your pictures): One end open hook, one closed ring, most widely used for shade sail, cable railing.
Q:How to confirm the working load limit (WLL) of each size?
A:
Each specification (M4/M5/M6/M8/M10/M12 etc.) has fixed rated working load. The WLL data is marked on product body, and full load test report can be provided upon request. Do NOT exceed the rated load to avoid safety hazards.
Q:How does the tension adjustment work?
A:
Equipped with double reverse threads. Rotate the central open frame body clockwise to shorten & tighten cables; counterclockwise to extend & loosen. The open hollow frame lets you directly observe screw length for precise tension control.
