It reaches Mohs 5-6 hardness. Daily tableware, kitchen knives and metal objects will not leave scratches on the surface.
Q:Will zero silica stone absorb oil, coffee or vinegar stains?

No. The water absorption rate is only 0.02% with dense non-porous structure.
